I know of people who's pending list confirmed friends is longer than the list of 'real' friends on their page... In a related observation, I think its sad how some people live for Facebook attention. You know, those who go out to be seen and tagged in photos, who's last thought before going to sleep is what clever message to leave as their status or just sit there commenting on people pages or photos in the hope they will get a reply on their own walls and photos...
